Week 13, Thing 21 - Wordle, Thing 22 - LibraryThing

While working with Wordle was lots of fun, posting it to blogger was not!
But I finally did it!!!

I have taken a look at LibraryThing and I will take more time during the summer to explore it in more depth.  Looks like it will be a very useful tool.

Week 11 - Thing 17 & Thing 18

As you can see I have been making great strides over the past few days . With much help from Jane I have now learned about diigo the social bookmarking website and Widgets. Although interesting I don't feel I will make use of them at this time.

Week 10- Thing 15 & Thing 16

Well I seem to be on a roll now and can actually see the light at the end of the 23 Things tunnel. I really enjoy facebook and my kids have FINALLY allowed me to become their friend.
Twitter seems interesting but I feel that I will not use it much.

I have finally made a Prezi. My son is a composer and it is his composition you will hear - here it is.

Week 6, Thing 9 - YouTube

I have just posted a link to the YouTube video of my cousin's daughter's senior project at the School of Art and Design at the University of Michigan. It was an art installation called "For the Time Being." Hope you enjoy it.

Wikis - Week 7

 A wiki would be useful for group work .  It is new to me and I haven't had a chance to use it yet but hope to in the future.

Podcasts

I have never used them before but I do find them very interesting.  I have added the RSS feed for  Dog Whisperer to iGoogle and Google Reader.  I will look for more to add in the coming days.

Google Docs & Spreadsheets

It will be useful to be able to work on documents together using Google Docs. 

RSS Feeds and Google Reader

I did this a long time ago before I went to Mexico and have just found it again.  I didn't know anything about wither one before but can see that I will find them useful.
